Our Story
Spark Potential was created to help individuals find simple, effective resources to improve their work wellness and overall well-being. As HR professionals, we saw firsthand how employees' basic wellness needs often went unmet, despite many programs designed to address them. Traditional wellness initiatives tend to offer broad solutions that don’t always fit individual needs, leaving people feeling disconnected and unsupported.
The core issue is empowerment. Without a clear understanding of their own needs, individuals often feel powerless to make meaningful changes. Wellness is personal, evolving, and unique to each person. That’s where Spark Potential steps in. We’ve created the first Work Wellness Consultancy and Marketplace—designed to provide tailored resources, tools, and education that empower individuals to take control of their work wellness journey. Our Work Well Model™ and quiz help identify specific wellness needs, while our Work Well Program™ offers science-backed strategies for lasting change.
Achieving work wellness is essential for overall well-being, but it's not always easy to navigate. Our resources and educational tools are designed to help individuals improve their mental health, financial wellness, and work-life harmony. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or just looking to make small improvements, our professional insights will guide you toward a more balanced, fulfilling work life.

Hi there! I’m Amy, and I’m so glad you’re here. As someone who’s navigated the ups and downs of work, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle career growth and personal well-being—especially when work doesn’t always feel like it’s supporting your best self.
One of my favorite quotes is from Mahatma Gandhi: “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” I wear a ring engraved with this reminder every day, as it keeps me focused on striving to make things better—for myself and for others. This mindset has led me to pursue a career that’s all about helping people like you find fulfillment in your work, develop new skills, and tackle the uncertainty that often comes with starting out or navigating change.
Spark Potential was born from the idea that work doesn’t have to be a source of stress or burnout—it can be a positive part of your well-being. I know that many people don’t have access to wellness programs at work, or even know where to turn when work gets overwhelming. That’s where we come in. Our site is designed to give you direct access to resources, coaching, and information to help you navigate work challenges—whenever and wherever you need it.
As you explore our site, I invite you to discover what your work wellness needs are. At Spark Potential, our core value is people first, so we’re committed to offering free tips and advice on a variety of topics that can help improve your work life. And if you need more tailored support, we’ve got solutions that are practical, real, and ready to implement.
It’s an honor to partner with you on your work wellness journey. Together, we can spark the change you’re looking for.

I “started” my first job on my 14th birthday- since then I have proudly worked. It was the only way that a kid from rural Wisconsin would be able to see the world. My family (like so many) didn’t have much, so I learned early how to provide my own independence through a paycheck.
Since then- I have moved, explored, and even climbed my career field- teaching me so much about the state of our work system today. My conclusion- the work system in the United States is broken. My career passion is to use my knowledge of hiring and talent systems to help others to navigate and “hack” their best lives.
That’s why Spark Potential means so much to me- I see it as a channel for people like me to educate, evolve, or explore possibilities with career wellness. Because wellness should include how you work, not the other way around.
I truly hope if you have found yourself here- that you are able to use at least one nugget of wisdom, useful tool, or funny distraction to improve your personal wellness.
